These terms apply to every order placed on this website. The website is operated by AL-MIZAN LLC. By placing an order, you accept these terms and the policies linked from them.
Who may buy
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are buying for laboratory research, and that you have read the research-use policy. There is no requirement to be a business, an institution, or a qualified researcher.
We may refuse or cancel an order when we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.
Research use only
Products are for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. We do not give dosing guidance.
You are responsible for handling, storing, using, and disposing of products in line with the laws and safety rules that apply to you.
Product information
Product pages make no statement about what a compound does.
A certificate of analysis describes the lot it names and no other lot. Testing and COAs explains how certificates and lot records work.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout. Prices include any sales tax that applies.
If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order before it ships and return the amount paid.
Orders and cancellations
An order is accepted when it ships. Payment alone does not accept an order.
To ask to cancel an order, contact us at contact@mizansupply.com. You may not be able to cancel an order once it ships.
We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable. Where an order is cancelled before it ships, we return the amount paid to the original payment method.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
We ship within the United States only. Methods, prices, and delivery estimates are set out in the shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange once they have shipped. The refund and returns policy explains how to report a problem.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier.
Warranties
Products are supplied as described on the product page and on the certificate for their lot. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any claim relating to an order or to the use of a product, including indirect and consequential losses. Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our losses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your use of a product, your breach of these terms, or your failure to meet the laws and safety rules that apply to your research. This does not apply to losses caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

Text, images, and documents on this website belong to AL-MIZAN LLC unless stated otherwise. They are for your own reference. Do not republish or redistribute them.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any claim not subject to arbitration is brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
If a dispute cannot be settled between us, it is resolved by binding arbitration in Indiana before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small-claims court where the claim qualifies.
Claims are brought individually. Neither of us may bring a class, collective, or representative action, and an arbitrator may not consolidate claims.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
