What does research use only mean?
Products are sold for laboratory research. They are not for use in humans or animals, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. We do not provide dosing guidance for either. The research-use policy has the details.
Can you answer questions about dosing or effects?
No. We do not give dosing guidance, instructions for use in people or animals, or descriptions of effects.
What information is on a product page?
The sequence, formula, molecular weight, CAS number, storage, strength, and price. Nothing about what it does.
Certificates and lot records
Where do I find the certificate for my vial?
Scan the QR code on the vial label. It opens the public record for that lot and needs no account. If the code will not scan, add /batch/ and the lot number printed on the label to the address of this website.
Does the certificate on the product page match my vial?
Not always. The QR code on your vial always opens the record for your vial’s lot.
What happens to a record after a lot sells out?
It stays online. A vial from an earlier lot keeps opening its own certificate, not the newest one.
Where are the laboratory and test date shown?
On the certificate. Product pages do not repeat them.
Shipping, tax, and returns
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is $10.00, Expedited Shipping is $15.00, and Next Day Shipping is $45.00. Standard Shipping is free on orders over $200 after discounts. Expedited and Next Day are charged on every order. Costs are shown again at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days, Expedited at 2–4, and Next Day at 1–2. These are estimates, not guarantees. The shipping policy has the details.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices include any sales tax that applies. No tax is added at checkout.
Can I return an order?
No returns. See the refund and returns policy for more info.
Anything else, including a question about a specific lot, goes through the contact page. Include the lot number printed on the vial.
