Version 1
These terms apply to everyone we approve for the affiliate program on this website, which is operated by AL-MIZAN LLC. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean AL-MIZAN LLC, and “you” means the affiliate. The affiliate program page summarizes the program. If it differs from these terms, these terms apply.
You accept the current version when you apply, and each later version before your next payout.
1. Who these terms apply to
Applying does not make you an affiliate. You become one when we approve your application. From then on, these terms apply to your code, your link, and everything you publish about us.
2. Eligibility
You must be 21 or older and live in the United States. You confirm both when you apply, and you must stay eligible to remain an affiliate. Tell us if either changes.
We may approve or decline any application, and we do not have to give a reason. We may ask for more information before or after we approve you.
3. Your code and link
When we approve you, you get a link to this website and, unless we approve you as a price tracker, a code. A price tracker gets a link only. Typing a price tracker’s code at checkout does nothing.
Your code takes a percentage off products at checkout. We set that percentage for your code and show it in your account. It starts at 10%. Your link works on any page of the store.
Your code and link are yours alone. Do not sell, rent, or transfer them, and do not give them to anyone to use as their own.
You may ask for a code when you apply. We use it if it is free and we judge it suitable. We may refuse a code that is misleading, or that copies another brand or person.
We may replace your code or link, for example if a code leaks or is misused. Orders already placed keep their credit. Links already shared with the old code stop crediting.
4. How orders are credited
- An order is credited to you when the customer enters your code, or when the customer arrives through your link and places the order within 30 days of that visit.
- A code always counts over a link. When a customer followed several links, the most recent one counts.
- Only one affiliate code works per order. A store promotion code can be used alongside it.
- Orders placed from your own account or email address earn no commission. We may also hold for review, and decline to pay commission on, an order that uses your address or phone number, or your code from another account at your address.
Credit depends on the customer’s browser keeping the link’s cookie. We do not promise that every order that started with your link is credited. If we are not sure whether an order belongs to you, we decide.
An order earns commission only if it is paid. Canceled, failed, and refunded orders earn nothing or less, as section 7 explains.
5. Commission and tiers
Your commission on an order is a percentage of its net merchandise, defined in section 6. The percentage depends on the net merchandise of the orders credited to you in the last 90 days:
- Under $1,000: 10%
- $1,000 to $4,999: 12%
- $5,000 to $19,999: 15%
- $20,000 and over: 20%
The 90 days count back from the day the new order is placed, and each earlier order counts on the date it was paid. Orders that are void, canceled, failed, your own, or not yet paid do not count, and refunds lower the total. Your rate moves up the day your total reaches a threshold, and can move down as older orders leave the 90 days.
Each order keeps the rate in force when it was placed. A later change in your rate, in the tiers, or in these terms does not change it. We round commission to the nearest cent.
If we agree on a different rate with you in writing, that rate applies to orders placed from the date we agree, until we both agree otherwise or it is removed under section 17.
6. Net merchandise
Net merchandise is what the customer paid for the products on an order. It is the products’ price after any sale price, quantity discount, and coupon, including your code and any store promotion code. It leaves out shipping, fees, and tax. It is reduced by refunds of products and never falls below zero.
A discount for the payment method the customer chooses does not reduce net merchandise.
When we refund an amount without saying which products it was for, we hold the commission on that order until we record the part that was for products.
7. Hold, approval, and reversals
Commission is due when an order is paid. It then waits in a hold for 30 days after the date of payment, so refunds and cancellations can come in. When the hold ends, the commission is approved and joins the next payout.
If an order is refunded, canceled, charged back, or fails, the commission on it is reduced or reversed. This applies after a payout too. When we have already paid commission that is then reversed, we take the difference from your next payout. If nothing is left to take it from, we may ask you to repay it.
We may hold commission on an order we are reviewing, for example one that looks like your own. A held commission shows as held for review in your Affiliate area. Email contact@mizansupply.com and we will tell you why.
8. Payouts
We pay once a month, on the 5th. Each payout covers commission that has cleared its hold by that date. If your approved balance is under $50, it carries forward to the next month.
You choose how to be paid in your account: USDC, ACH, or Zelle. For USDC you give a wallet address and choose the network. For ACH you give your US bank account details, which we store encrypted. For Zelle you give the email address or mobile number registered with Zelle, and the name on the account.
Commission is worked out in US dollars. A USDC payout is the same dollar amount.
We send each payout to the details on your account, exactly as entered. A payment to a wrong address or account cannot be recovered, and you are responsible for checking your details. When you change your payment details, no payout goes to the new details for 7 days. A payout due sooner waits until then.
We do not pay a payout until you have accepted the current version of these terms. We may also hold a payout while we review your account or an order, as sections 7 and 15 describe.
9. Taxes
You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn from the program.
Before your first payout we ask for a completed Form W-9. Email your W-9 to contact@mizansupply.com. We may hold a payout until we have it, if the law or our accountant requires. We may withhold tax from a payout when the law requires it, and we may issue tax forms and report your payments as the law requires.
We are responsible for our own taxes, including the sales tax on our sales and any reporting about our payments to you. You do not collect or handle tax for us.
10. What you may publish
Our products are sold for laboratory research use only. Everything you publish about us or our products must stay within research use, on every channel. See the research-use policy.
You may publish:
- Product names, strengths, and prices.
- Certificates of analysis, lot records, and how our testing works.
- Comparisons of vendors’ documentation and prices.
- Your code and link, with the disclosure in section 12.
What you say must be accurate and match what is on our website.
11. What you may not publish
On any channel, including posts, videos, newsletters, comments, replies, and communities you run or moderate, you may not publish:
- Dosing, schedules, protocols, or reconstitution steps.
- Use in people or animals, including your own use, before-and-after images, and stories of results.
- Claims that a product treats, prevents, diagnoses, or cures anything, or any other health, therapeutic, performance, or weight-loss claim, or any claim about an outcome.
- Comparisons with prescription drugs.
- Anything that suggests our products are supplements, or for personal use.
- False or misleading statements about us, or any suggestion that we endorse you or wrote your content.
12. Disclosure
Put a clear disclosure next to every code or link, every time, on every channel. It must sit where the reader sees the code or link. It may not be hidden in a profile, behind a click, or among hashtags. Either of these works:
- “Paid link.”
- “I earn a commission on purchases made through this link.”
You are responsible for any other disclosure that the law or a platform requires of you.
13. Where you may place your code and link
You may not:
- Put your code or link on a coupon, cashback, rewards, or deal site, or in a list of codes.
- Use a browser extension, app, or tool that inserts or applies codes, or that sets your link without the visitor choosing to follow it.
- Run search ads, or any other paid ads, that use our name or terms close to it, or that send traffic to our website using our name.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or post in places that do not allow promotion.
- Pose as a customer, or post a review or testimonial as though you were an ordinary customer.
- Use pop-ups, redirects, or hidden links to credit your link to a visitor who did not choose it.
A price tracker may list our prices and link to the products with its link. It may not use a code.
14. Monitoring
We review your channels and the places where your code or link appears. We may ask you to change or remove content, and you agree to do so promptly.
15. Problems and enforcement
When we find content or conduct that these terms do not allow, we choose what to do each time. We may warn you, suspend your affiliate account, or end it. A warning says what we found and sets a deadline to fix it, usually 7 days. We may choose another deadline.
We do not have to warn you first. We may suspend or end your account at once, for example when the problem is serious or repeated. A warning that passes its deadline does not suspend or end your account by itself, but we may then do either.
While your account is suspended, your code and link stop working and no orders are credited to you. If we reinstate you, your code, your link, and any commission we held come back as they were. Ending is final.
16. Unpaid commission after suspension or ending
When we suspend or end your account for a problem under section 15, we decide what happens to your unpaid commission, and we tell you which and why. We may:
- Hold it, until we reinstate you or end your account.
- Pay it at the next payout. In that case we may pay it even if it is under the $50 minimum, and commission still in its hold is paid once the hold ends.
- Void it, which removes it from your balance.
We may void commission on orders that came from content or conduct that broke these terms.
17. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, the tiers, and the program. Each version of the terms has a number, shown at the top of this page. When we publish a new version, we email you what changed and ask you to accept it in your account.
Your code and link keep working while you decide. We do not make your next payout until you accept the current version. If you do not accept, you can end your account under section 19.
A change applies to orders placed after we publish it. Commission on orders already placed stays as it was.
18. Your information and customers’ information
What we keep about you is your application (your name, email, state, channels, and what you told us about how you will promote us), your account, your code and link, the orders credited to you and their commission, your payouts and payment details, the date we received your W-9, the version of these terms you accepted and when, and notes about any content problems. We do not store your W-9.
You see only your own data. For each credited order you see its date, a short reference, the amounts, the rate, the commission, its status, and whether it came from your code or your link. You never see a customer’s name, email address, address, or products, or an order number. You agree not to try to find out who a customer is.
We do not store an IP address, device, or visitor ID for link visits. A visitor who follows your link gets a cookie that records which affiliate sent them. The privacy policy describes it.
We keep ledger and payout records for seven years to meet tax obligations. We keep the rest of your affiliate information for two years after your account ends. You can ask us to send you a copy, correct it, or erase it by writing to contact@mizansupply.com. Erasing removes your name, contact, and payment details, and keeps the ledger and payout amounts that tax records need.
19. Ending the affiliate account
You may end your account at any time by emailing contact@mizansupply.com. We may end it at any time by telling you. When it ends, your code and link stop working that day.
If you end it, or we end it for a reason other than a problem under section 15, we pay approved commission at the next payout, and commission still in its hold once the hold ends, less any reversals. If we end it for a problem under section 15, section 16 applies. Your statements stay in your account for your records.
20. Your relationship with us
You are an independent publisher. You are not our employee, agent, partner, or franchisee. You may not speak for us, make promises on our behalf, or sign anything for us. You pay your own costs.
We do not promise you exclusivity, a minimum amount of commission, or that the program will continue. We may offer the same codes and links to others. We may change or close the program, and if we close it, section 19 applies to your approved commission.
21. Liability and indemnity
You are responsible for what you publish. You agree to cover our losses, including reasonable legal costs, that arise from your content, from your breach of these terms, or from your failure to follow the laws and platform rules that apply to you, except where our own negligence or willful misconduct caused the loss.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost income or profits from the program, or for tracking that is missed, late, or wrong. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the unpaid commission we owe you.
22. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes are resolved as the “Governing law and disputes” section of our terms and conditions describes, applied to these terms. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the program.
