Description
Eloralintide is a synthetic, acylated analogue of amylin, also known by the code LY3841136. Its 37-amino-acid chain ends in a C-terminal amide, and a methylene thioacetal bridge replaces the disulfide bridge of native amylin. A C20 fatty diacid is attached through two gamma-glutamyl residues to the lysine at position 26. Supplied as lyophilized powder in a single sealed vial.
