This policy explains what personal information AL-MIZAN LLC collects through this website, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

- When you place an order: your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, and the products you order.
- When you create an account: your email address and password.
- When you contact us: your message and the details you include in it.
Each order records that you accepted the research-use acknowledgment at checkout.
Payments are handled by our payment processor. This website does not store card details.
Information collected automatically
This website sets only the cookies it needs to work: your cart, your session, staying signed in, and, when the site asks your age, a cookie that remembers your answer for 30 days. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Nothing here is optional, so there is no cookie banner to accept.
We do not use analytics on this website.
Our host keeps standard access logs for a limited period. They record your IP address, browser type, and the time of each request, and are used only for security and troubleshooting.
Lot records opened from a vial
The QR code on a vial opens a public record for that lot. No account is needed, and the record does not ask for your name or contact details. Visits are not measured and are not linked to you. They appear only in the standard access logs described above.

We do not send marketing emails. You receive only emails about your order and your account.

We keep order records for seven years to meet tax obligations. Account details and messages are kept for two years after your last contact with us.

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to send you a copy. Write to contact@mizansupply.com from the email address on your order, or include your order number, so we can check the request is yours.
We do not charge for this, and we do not treat you differently for asking. Some order records must be kept to meet legal obligations.

This website uses HTTPS. Card details are not stored on it, and administrative access is limited to the people who need it.

This website is not intended for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
