What research use only means
Products are not for human or veterinary use. They are not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
What we do not provide
We do not give dosing guidance or instructions for use in people or animals. We do not describe effects, and we publish no testimonials. Support does not answer questions on these subjects.
What product pages describe
Product pages list the sequence, formula, molecular weight, CAS number, storage, and strength of a compound. They say nothing about what it does. Documentation for each lot is described on Testing and COAs.
Who may buy
You must be at least 21 years old. There is no requirement to be a researcher, a business, or an institution.
The acknowledgment at checkout
Every order requires you to accept a research-use acknowledgment. Your acceptance is recorded with the order.
It reads: “I am 21 or older. I confirm these products are for laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary use.”
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of products safely and lawfully. You are responsible for any licenses or approvals your research requires.
When we refuse or cancel an order
We may refuse or cancel an order when we have reason to believe a product will be used in people or animals, when an age or address check fails, or when we suspect resale for use in people.
Where we refuse or cancel an order before it ships, we return the amount paid to the original payment method.
